Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026 · Applies to all workspaces on B2B POINT OF SALE

01

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of B2B POINT OF SALE (“the Platform”), a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform for retail and wholesale point of sale, inventory, procurement, and reporting.

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using any workspace on the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

02

Free trial

Every plan includes a free trial (typically 15 days) that begins when your company workspace is provisioned. No card is required to start.

SMS messaging is disabled during the free trial and the SMS quota is set to zero. SMS unlocks automatically once you upgrade to a paid subscription with an SMS allowance.

At the end of a trial you may subscribe to continue. Trial usage counts toward your trial record for the company and cannot be claimed again for the same business.

03

Subscriptions & payments

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in the currency displayed at checkout (default TZS). Yearly billing saves approximately 17% compared to twelve monthly payments.

Where payment is made by manual bank transfer, your subscription remains pending until a platform administrator verifies and approves the payment, after which it becomes active. Subscriptions may also be rejected or cancelled as recorded in your workspace.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved in writing by the Platform.

04

Add-ons & plan changes

Capacity limits (users, AI Agent prompts, storage, locations, SMS, email, bank accounts, API tokens) are set by your plan. You may request add-ons or a plan change from Plan & usage inside your workspace; changes take effect after administrator approval and any applicable fee.

Usage above your limits may be blocked until you upgrade or purchase the relevant add-on.

05

Data isolation & ownership

Each company operates in a dedicated, isolated database, separated from every other company and from the Platform's own database. The internal naming of that database is not disclosed publicly.

You retain ownership of your business data. The Platform processes your data only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

06

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to access other tenants' data, databases, or workspaces;
• misuse SMS or email allowances (spam, fraud, unlawful content);
• reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Platform;
• use the Platform for any unlawful activity in your jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with notice where practicable.

07

Availability & support

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows are announced where possible. Support is provided in-app (including chat on plans with chat & support) and via the contact channels published on this website.

08

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and our aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

09

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
